This is a common error in place with Ublock Origin as an extension to Chrome. Easy way to resolve it.
Step 1: Right-click on UBlock Origin’s shield icon
Step 2: Select Options
Step 3: Click on the Filters tab
Step 4: Purge all filters, and refresh.
After performing these steps you should be back in operation regarding your Gmail account!
