Unable to Print: clear out printing queue

Sometimes when a document fails to print, the user will send the document to print over and over again trying to get it to work. This will cause multiple instances of the document to be sent to the printing queue and this backs up the queue.

To fix this, with most devices and Windows operating systems, you can double click the print icon in the bottom right hand corner or in the System Tray Icon. If you cant find the icon, you can also go into the printer settings under Control Panel and right click the printer you’re trying to fix. Select “See whats printing”.

Once you have the Printing Queue open, you’ll select in the top left corner.
Printer > Cancel All Documents.
