Remote support through your mobile or tablet device, computer or laptop. With HelpCloud’s technical support skills and know-how, along with safe and reliable software (LogMeIn Rescue and Rescue Lens), we can help any customer with the ever increasing tech issues that occur as smartphones, tablet devices, hardware and smart devices get more and more advanced.

We connect through trusted software on your mobile or tablet device, computer or laptop, and either let us take control and fix your issue or opt to fix the issue yourself with our instructions. We can also, with the app and your permission, use your camera to see your issue and instruct you what you need to do for a fix. Once we’re finished and everything is fixed: delete the app and no more worries.

Most of us experience mobile, hardware, or smart device issues that we either cannot solve or do not have the patience to research and solve. This is why we have a team of experts that specialize in fixing these issues. Call in for your one-time help, no strings attached.

What does Technician by-the-hour cost?

We charge $75 per hour ($1.25 per minute). You will not be responsible for payment if we cannot resolve your issue.

Erik graduated from Utah Valley University in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science and a minor in Spanish. Additionally, being raised by a German mother, he spent a part of his childhood and also the beginning of his professional career in Germany where he worked as a Digital Strategist for adesta, a locally owned business in Darmstadt. Speaking three languages has opened up the world to him and influences the breadth of topics covered in his articles. He has always held an affinity for the world wide web and its workings, development, history and future.
